Does it work with my theme?
Yes — UpsellRoom works on any Online Store 2.0 theme that uses Shopify's standard cart pattern. Verified on Dawn, Lumia, and the full Dawn-derived family (Refresh, Sense, Studio, Crave, and more). If you hit any issue, we fix it within 24 hours.
What if my shipping isn't weight-based?
UpsellRoom is built specifically for weight-based shipping rates. If you charge flat-rate or carrier-calculated shipping, the app won't add value for you.
Will it slow down my store?
No. The widget loads via Shopify's app proxy, runs after page load, and caches aggressively in the customer's browser. We measure under 100ms perceived load time after the first cart open.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall the app from your Shopify Admin. Shopify auto-cancels billing. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
